She offers bespoke therapy centred around the needs of each individual patient and fosters a safe and non-judgemental atmosphere within her practice. She currently sees private patients at The Italian Psychology Clinic in London.

Dr Piludu is registered with several professional bodies including the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professional Council. She became a reiki master in 2016, having received instruction at the Yoga Centre of Varanasi, India and further training the following year in Portsmouth. She also collaborated with the ONLUS charitable project in Zambia to provide psychological support to disadvantaged young people in for several months in 2013.

Miss Fiona MacNeill is a highly achieved and pioneering consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon in the London area where she practises at her private clinic and with the NHS. Originally specialising in general surgery, Miss MacNeill is now a specialist in all things related to the breasts, breast surgery, and breast cancer. Since then, Miss MacNeill has continued being a groundbreaker by practising novel drugs and treatments, leading prominent associations of breast surgery, and working with the best of partnering departments to provide the highest quality care and results for her patients.

Miss MacNeill is still involved in local and national research trials, striving to achieve the optimum results for patients. She also continues to lecture world-wide, training physicians and surgeons on delivering modern breast cancer care by the evolving role of breast surgery in the treatment of breast cancer, as well as the importance of working with a multidisciplinary team and having a treatment plan. Miss MacNeill is an advisor to multiple Department of Health committees and is a steady member of various associations and societies; one of these is the Association of Breast Surgery, where Miss MacNeill sits as the chairman of the education and training committee.

Furthermore, Miss MacNeill is the National Clinical Lead for the Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) Programme, which is a standard setting and quality improvement programme for the NHS. Previously, she was the Breast Tutor at the Royal College of Surgeons of England to educate the future generations of breast surgeons by establishing the UK sentinel lymph node training programme and oncoplastic surgery portfolio. This was the first General Medical Council recognised curriculum for breast surgery training.

Miss MacNeill presently practises at the private London Breast Clinic and the Royal Marsden NHS.

Mr Andrew Brian Williams is a highly established consultant general and colorectal surgeon, with over 30 years of experience, based in London. He treats a whole host of ailments and performs a wide range of surgeries, possessing expert knowledge in anal fistula, proctology and fissures, alongside haemorrhoids, pelvic floor dysfunction, including constipation, obstructed defaecation, incontinence and OASI and inflammatory bowel disease.

Mr Williams also enjoys educating his peers, undertaking teaching on the pelvic floor, in particular, anal and pelvic floor ultrasound scanning. He has a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease, complex anal sepsis and pelvic floor disorders. He established the pelvic floor unit of St Thomas’ Hospital, which serves the whole of South East England for complex pelvic floor services, treating over 900 patients per year. This unit he extended to involve London Bridge Hospital so that his private patients could benefit from the same service.

He has set up a fully private multidisciplinary service and MDT for patients with complex multicompartment pelvic floor symptoms. This involves the full pelvic floor team, including Urogynaecology, Urology, Radiology, physiotherapy, nursing and dietetics. Mr Williams is a member of multiple medical associations, including the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland and the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland, and Pelvic Floor Society (PFS). He is the past president of the PFS and has been heavily involved in the societies response to problems following the insertion of pelvic floor mesh. For this work he has recently been awarded the Geoff Oaks medal for “substantial contribution to Coloproctology in GB and Ireland.
